UGC stands for User-Generated Content — video or photo content created by real people (creators) rather than professional studios. In the context of paid advertising, UGC-style ads feel authentic and native to social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, which is why they consistently outperform polished brand content in performance campaigns.

Our packages start at €4,000 for 16 video assets (Concept Testing Starter) and go up to €8,000 for 48 video assets (Creator Testing Value). Every package includes AI UGC creators and unlimited market localisation. The exact package depends on your testing goals — whether you're validating concepts or testing creator-concept combinations.

AI UGC uses advanced AI avatars that look and sound like real creators. These AI-generated presenters can deliver scripts in multiple languages with natural lip-sync, making them ideal for rapid localisation and testing at scale. We combine AI UGC with real creator content to give you maximum creative variety and testing velocity.

All our packages have a delivery window of 7–14 business days from brief sign-off. This includes scripting, production, editing, and localisation. For ongoing clients with established frameworks, turnaround times often get faster as we build a library of proven creative elements.

We produce performance creative optimised for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat. Every video is formatted and edited specifically for the platform it will run on — different aspect ratios, pacing, and hook styles depending on where the ad will be served.

Creative testing is a systematic approach to discovering which ad elements drive performance. Instead of guessing what will work, we isolate specific variables — hooks, messaging angles, creators, formats — and test them against each other. Over time, this builds a compounding understanding of what converts for your brand.

We measure success through hard performance metrics: CPA (cost per acquisition), ROAS (return on ad spend), hook rate (% of viewers who watch past 3 seconds), and creative win rate (% of new ads that outperform existing winners). We provide transparent reporting on all of these metrics.

Concept Testing focuses on finding winning messaging angles and hooks using a single creator. It answers the question: 'What should we say?' Creator Testing takes proven concepts and tests them across multiple creators to find the best creator-concept combination. It answers: 'Who should say it?' Most brands start with Concept Testing and graduate to Creator Testing once they have validated winners.

Yes. If you have existing creator relationships, we can incorporate them into your production workflow. We'll handle the briefing, scripting, and editing — your creators just need to film. We also have a vetted network of creators across multiple markets and demographics if you need new talent.

We offer unlimited market localisation across all packages. We currently produce content in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and more. Our AI UGC technology enables rapid localisation with natural lip-sync in virtually any language, making it easy to test new markets without sourcing local creators.

Every package includes one round of revisions. If a video doesn't match the brief or doesn't meet quality standards, we'll revise it at no extra cost. That said, our process is designed to prevent this — we align on creative direction, scripts, and strategy before anything goes into production.

We don't require a specific minimum ad budget, but we recommend at least €5,000–€10,000/month in ad spend to generate enough data for meaningful creative testing. The more data you have, the faster the testing framework compounds and the quicker you find winning creative.

A Creative Strategy Audit is our starting point with every new client. We analyse your existing ad account, review your current creative assets, study your competitors' ads, and identify gaps and opportunities. The output is a custom creative roadmap with specific testing hypotheses for your first production cycle.

It starts with a free strategy call where we learn about your brand, goals, and current challenges. From there, we conduct a Creative Strategy Audit and build your testing framework. Once aligned, we move into production — you approve scripts and briefs, we handle everything else. You'll have a dedicated point of contact and regular check-ins throughout.
