How does your pricing work?

We offer four main packages ranging from €4,000 to €8,000 per month, providing 16-48 videos depending on the package. All packages include multiple creators, AI UGC creators, unlimited market localization, and 7-14 day delivery. We recommend starting with our Creator Testing Starter package (€6,000) for 32 videos with 2+ creators.

What are AI UGC Creators?

AI UGC Creators are synthetic personas that can create UGC-style content at scale. They're trained on high-performing UGC patterns and can speak multiple languages, allowing for rapid testing and localization. They complement our human creators and are particularly useful for volume testing and international markets.

How long does it take to get my videos?

All packages include 7-14 day delivery from brief approval. We work with a network of vetted creators who understand our quality standards and turnaround requirements. You'll receive updates throughout the production process via our project management system.

Which platforms do you create content for?

We create content optimized for all major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Each video is formatted for the specific platform requirements and audience behavior. We can also create variations for different placements (feed, stories, reels, etc.).

How do you approach creative testing?

We use a systematic testing framework that isolates variables for clear insights. We test hooks, creators, formats, and messaging separately to understand what drives performance. Every test is designed with a hypothesis and success metrics, ensuring actionable learnings that compound over time.

What metrics do you focus on for success?

We track the metrics that matter for your business goals: CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), CVR (conversion rate), CPA (cost per acquisition), and ROAS (return on ad spend). We also monitor creative-specific metrics like hook retention, engagement quality, and audience sentiment to optimize future content.

Do you handle media buying or just creative production?

We offer both creative production and media buying services. Many clients start with creative production and add media buying once they see the quality of our work. Our media buying team specializes in scaling UGC content and uses the performance data to inform future creative strategy.
